My family and I were faced with the tough  decision that many families were forced to experience during the initial COVID outbreak in 2019. During the time my Fiancé had been suffering from a chronic illness, Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome PLUS ( CVS + ). We lost our jobs and could no longer afford rent, with two months left on the lease and a few weeks until the first snowfall. Absent of proper aid and/or guidance, we had to choose between our WELLBEING and our "sOciAl stAtuS".

Having both my Fiancé and myself come from broken homes riddled with generational trauma and abuse. This wickedly familiar fork in the road was not uncharted territory. However, this time around had its own special sense of damnation. With states closing, businesses shutting down, racism, police brutality, unemployment and homelessness at a disorienting high. Not to mention the alarming lack of resources and/or options available. Like so many at the time, we were forced to forage a cure for ourselves.

Loving someone heightens an intense desire to protect them from all ill intent and malicious actions taken against them. Although, If you're not explicitly careful when attempting to do so, you risk losing both yourself and your loved ones. So In efforts to impact those dramatic odds more in favor of collective well-being; our goal is to change certain outcomes by implementing a rediscovered culture into society. To rediscover knowledge that disables the normalized socially adapted cultures that too often lead to unnecessary tragedies.
